While we make reasonable efforts to implement plantation activities as described, timelines and outcomes may be influenced by weather, land availability, permissions, and other environmental conditions.

4. Donation Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations made through our website are generally final and non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments, incorrect transactions, or technical payment errors.

  • Each refund request will be reviewed individually.

  • Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–6 business days, subject to payment provider and banking timelines.

  • Donations already allocated or utilised for charitable activities may not be eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

5. Tree Plantation and Environmental Initiatives

One Tree for Everyone organises and supports plantation drives, reforestation campaigns, and environmental awareness programmes.

Although we strive to ensure proper planting and maintenance, the survival and growth of trees depend on several natural and external factors, including climate, soil conditions, water availability, and environmental disturbances.

Therefore, we do not guarantee the permanent survival of every planted tree or any specific amount of carbon reduction.

6. Volunteering and Participation

Individuals participating in our volunteering programmes, plantation drives, awareness campaigns, or internships must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our organisation.

Participants are expected to:

  • Follow safety instructions during plantation activities.
